We're seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a busy holiday season in a fast-paced call center environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers, thrive in a high-volume phone setting, and can provide exceptional service during a peak seasonal period.

Multiple openings available with interviews starting soon and a target start date in early November.

What You'll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Assist customers with product questions, orders, and account inquiries
• Follow call scripts, procedures, and service guidelines
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting service expectations
• Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers

What We're Looking For

• Previous call center or office-based phone support experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong spelling, grammar, and typing accuracy
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and commitment throughout the assignment

Please Note: Candidates with recent call center or office-based phone experience are strongly preferred. This role requires comfort handling a high volume of phone interactions throughout the day.

Schedule

Regular Hours

• Monday-Friday
• 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Mandatory Additional Work Days Candidates must be available to work the following dates:

• Black Friday
• Saturday following Black Friday
• Additional Saturday shift in early December

Overtime pay applies for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.

Assignment Details

• Temporary seasonal opportunity
